ES is pleased to announce the fifth webinar of our IN-SITE 2022 Online Series entitled “2022, It’s All About You: Spotlighting Success Within the ES Community.” During this edition, you will get the perspective of owner-operators and independent contract drivers who are utilizing the programs and support services available within the ES Community.
You will hear from a husband-and-wife team about the support they received from ES when they decided to enter the trucking industry, seeking a path to new opportunities and growth after deciding to make career changes. You’ll also hear the experiences of a veteran truckload driver who got connected with ES after nearly giving up on his dream of truck ownership because of his difficult experience within a traditional lease-purchase program at his previous carrier.
This edition of the IN-SITE 2022 Webinar Series will be moderated by Leah Shaver, President and CEO of the National Transportation Institute (NTI). Founded in 1995, NTI has earned the reputation as a leader in the trucking industry for tracking company driver and owner-operator compensation history, changes and benchmarks. Leah, who also serves as a host on SiriusXM’s Road Dog Trucking Radio Channel 146, is one of the foremost experts in the trucking industry on topics related to compensation, driver recruiting and driver retention.
Joining Leah Shaver will be David Withers, the Senior Director of Operations & Recruiting for ES. David will cover how the programs and support services work together to benefit the members of the ES Community as well as how the ES Path To Ownership (PTO) program works. As you will hear through the webinar, the PTO program stands as one of the most unique and successful programs in the industry that offers professional drivers the opportunity to realize their dream of truck ownership and running their own business.
